In addition to privacy, each of the SouthCare Memorial Centers is equipped with private chapel facilities for conducting services, a café used for refreshments, and state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment for broadcasting digital video productions on flat screen monitors or playing cherished musical selections chosen by the family.
The SouthCare staff is experienced in creating personalized and meaningful tributes that honor the life and legacy of your loved one. We help personalize the memorial, visitation or funeral service, helping others learn more about the person who has passed—hobbies, profession, activities, passions, favorite stories and the life he or she shared with family and friends.
Memorial tables and photo boards are always available, allowing families the freedom to create personalized memorial spaces to honor, remember and pay tribute. Unique memorials or tributes such as dove or balloon releases, bag pipes, video services and catering may also be coordinated.
Veteran services and their protocol are especially important to the SouthCare staff. We honor each honorably discharged veteran with a United States flag and contact their branch of service to schedule military honors, playing of taps and presentation of the flag to the next-of-kin.
SouthCare offers many service options when choosing burial, such as natural green burial, immediate burial, graveside only, traditional burial or a simple viewing prior to the funeral service with burial to follow.
